Pimples

A pimple is a type of skin lesion that is caused by inflamed and/or obstructed pores. If a pore gets clogged but stays open, the top may darken and you've got a blackhead. The most common cause of pimples is acne. A pimple happens when dead skin and bacteria work their way under live skin. But some people get only a rash or small bumps on the skin that appear to be pimples. There also may be flu-like symptoms, including fever and swollen lymph glands in the groin, following the initial infection. Some have painful urination and some women have fluid discharge from the vagina. Pimples relates the term acne which is used to describe whiteheads, blackheads, and pimples. (You may well recognize slang terms like spots, or zits). Most teenagers get the type of acne called acne vulgaris, which can show up on the face, neck, shoulders, back, and chest. But sometimes if a pore gets clogged beneath the skin with excess oil and bacteria, the dreaded acne is caused. Whiteheads happen when a pore gets clogged, closes, and then bulges out.

Pimples is basically a skin disease typical to youth, but it may occur to the people at any age. Pimples affect almost 90% of the population at some time during their lives. Several factors contribute to the onset of pimples. Skin bacteria ( Propionibacterium acnes) multiply in clogged pores where they release a substance that can produce irritation and inflammation. Although pimples affect around 20 million teenagers in the United States, there is a growing number of adults with skin blemishes This results in acne lesions that go from blackheads to pimples to nodules. Pimples are not something that can be cured, however they can be controlled using acne medications. Although the common saying "eating chocolate gives you pimples" is a myth, what you consume can impact your skin. Since pimples usually affect everyone at some point in their lives, it is a good idea to seek proactive treatment . There are several all-natural products available in both topical and oral forms. Some achieve results by using products that flush toxins out of the body, leaving a clean and healthy appearance. Again, when the body's specific yet changing nutritive requirements are addressed, the body has the power to heal itself, clearing away unsightly blemishes, spots, and pimples, leaving your skin youthfully creamy, soft, and inviting.
